Fat Attack 8 week Boot Camp Motivational Support Program
FAT ATTACK is an 8 week program consisting of a motivational support meeting and a butt kickin', calorie burning, FUN boot camp fitness class with professional fitness trainer, Dana Sandmeyer.
Boot Camp Fitness Class
(60 minutes - 2 days a week/ Monday and Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm)
In our fitness class, you'll Increase the intensity of your workout and have fun doing it. The types of exercises vary, but you can expect cardiovascular, strength training, plyometrics, agility drills and more. This class will boost your metabolism, burn mega calories and work you through that weight loss plateau.
Support Class/ Weigh-in
(Weekly Weigh-in on Monday, 30 minute support class on Thursday)
Need some motivation and support. Once a week we'll hold a 30 minute meeting. We'll review the natural science of weight loss including the basics of how calories burned and calories consumed effect your weight. We will have a weekly topic that will focus on maximizing your nutritional and fitness success. Open discussions will also take place to ensure we focus on personal struggles to improve your success.
Each participant will be weighed and measured the first class. Weigh-ins will follow weekly throughout the 8 week program.
WHO can Participate?
Any person 18 years of age or older who is interested in making a commitment to make positive changes in their life to get healthy. ** Participant must be in good health to exercise. Seek approval from your physician if you are currently being treated by your doctor. Trainer has the right to deny participation based on current medical conditions and physical ability to perform the program safely.
